That was what this sensation was, she had been trying to place it for what seemed like an eternity now. But why did she feel like she was falling when she was... wait what exactly was she doing? She remembers... someone banging on the tree she was sleeping in and waking her up way too early. Then she remembers... Getting breakfast?[break][break] No.
[break][break] Nymeria's large eyes popped open and she was immediately assaulted by the midday sun. A screech was torn from her throat as the darn thing stung her eyes, making them water and burn. Unable to see, and unable to even out, the fountain she was falling toward snuck up on her. Her wing clipped the Seels fin, bringing her falling glide into a spiraling out of control spin that smashed her into the ground. The sound of her small body smacking stone echoed and rang through her head and the small courtyard. [break][break] Okay, well, OWWW. [break][break]
The little Noibat, just lay on the ground, reconsidering life and everything in it while her entire body throbbed to the beat of her heart. That had been one hell of a wake-up call, and she would be surprised if she hadn't broken something. "What's the chances that no one saw that?" she mumbled with a groan.
