History
For as long as Ronan can remember, he'd been fending for himself. His egg had been put in a bush, hidden and/or abandoned, and he'd hatched alone. Not only that, he'd hatched alone at night. Instinct had him crying out for food and warmth, but none ever came.
But Ronan had been a fighter from the start. When food never came, he went out looking for it and found a berry bush. Over time he learned they were called Oran berries.
APPEARANCE & ATTIRE
Overall appearance
Ronan looks like the typical Eevee... if you ignore all the scars he has on him. He has the typical brown fur, cream fluff, and long ears, excepting that the right ear has a quarter of is missing from the top. The neck fluff has chunks missing from where pokemon have tried to take a bite of him, and he has scars on his shoulder from when a bird pokemon tried to lift him in it's talons. Side note, it got a Swift to the stomach for it's troubles.
Aside from that, he's overall a typical Eevee. He's about the same size as one, perhaps a tiny bit bigger due to his age and muscles.

He wears an Everstone on a cord around his neck to keep him from evolving.

History

But Ronan had been a fighter from the start. When food never came, he went out looking for it and found a berry bush. Over time he learned they were called Oran berries.
- Started off knowing only Tackle, Growl, Tail Whip, and Endure. He learned different moves growing up by battling other pokemon and careful observation.
- He lived his life roaming around the continent, seeing and experiencing things he'd never thought possible. A kindly old Kangaskhan taught him to read, and he gave himself the name Ronan after a story he'd read about a samarai Scyther who answered to no one.
- A group of pokemon mocked him for being a 'baby' pokemon. Everybody knew the only thing good about Eevee were their evolutions. Ronan took this very personally and swore he'd show them wrong. Through a series of luck and trades, Ronan came upon an Everstone, a stone that would make sure he never evolved accidentally. He wears it as a necklace nowadays.
- For all the bad pokemon he'd met in the world, he's met just as many good ones. Despite his penchant for solitude and roaming, Ronan won't leave anybody in danger if he can help.
